Bluehost同一家的Hostmonster的TOS，其文件数限制都是20万，mysql连接数是20，而cpu限制并没列出。
经过向Hostmonster咨询，答复如下：
We will throttle the hosting account once you reach 7%.
Throttling is a method of easing the load on the CPU, to prevent one account from interfering with another’s performance. If your site is experiencing throttling it simply means that you came close to causing slowness for other accounts on the server.
CPU Throttling will not always cause slowness on an account and occasionally makes a site run faster. It’s also good to note that a few seconds of throttling every hour is not extreme and likely not an indication of a problem.

即Hostmonster的cpu限制是7% 。 Google了一下，发现Bluehost和HM相同，也是7%（Bluehost另有高端的Pro方案，cpu限制是12%）。
Bluehost/Hostmonster的cpu限制看上去不高，实际负载还是很好的。
关于bluehost的限制条件，一直以来都没有一个明确的说法，而且即使官方也有不同的说法，今天总结了各方面的说法，同时进行解读，希望给各位将要购买bluehost的朋友起到一定的解惑惑作用。
- 8 simultaneous IMAP connections

- 40 simultaneous PHP connections

- 8 simultaneous FTP connections

总的来说，以上限制看来虽多，但是一般用户几乎感觉不到这些限制，如果你已经触及到这些限制，那么就恭喜你了，说明你已经可以跨入VPS或者独立主机的行列了。
Hostmonster的限制：
文件数
HostMonster对于主机空间总文件数有明确的限制，总文件数不超过20万，文件数超过5万，需要自己备份网站，超过20万暂停空间服务，需要删除文件数到17万以下才能联系客服再次开通。因此，时常关注文件数量也是十分必要的。
数据库
HostMonster主机对于建站数量没有限制，但在数据库方面限制其总大小不超过5GB，单个数据库大小不超过3GB，表不超过1000张，众所周知，网站搭建过程中需要配置数据库信息，这无疑在另一方面限制了我们建站的数量，当然站点过多也会影响网站打开速度。
